My family dined in the restaurant last night. Although the building itself is run down and has seen better days. The customer service was excellent. I've never experienced at red rooster being personally seated in the restaurant to then be told "My name is Chantelle, If there is any that you need please let me know" to then have her come back with crayons and paper for my sons. Although the store building is quite dindgy. Chantelle made up for it in her service. My order was brought out to me. $15 chicken quartered, chips and gravy and 1.25 drink. Which also came with cups, plates, knives and forks for us to serve ourselves. And the usual serviettes and moist wipes. I really commend the cooks and Chantelle for their hard work and effort in making our dining experience something to remember. Well Done. We will definantly be back.

Clean and tidy and with friendly staff. If you need a snack or a quick meal this is a great place to dine. They are consistently good food and service.
