Abusive staff member and under temperature food

Would give negative stars if possible as polite request was met with abuse. I have been regularly served cold or under temperature food from Ellenbrook Red Rooster on Gnagara Rd Ellenbrook (cold stale chips that have been clearly sitting around for ages and chicken so cool I've taken to always reheating it) so I stopped going there. I went to this new store in Ellenbrook attached to Brooklane Shopping Center in the hopes it would be better. (Found out it's the same owner as the other store). Went through drive-thru and especially asked for a very hot chicken. The young girl said yes. When I spoke to her I explained that I had previously been served under temperature food. For those who don't know it's very dangerous to eat under temperature chicken in particular. When she handed it too me I knew it wasn't hot enough so I asked for a hotter one. She took it inside. I told her I didn't mind waiting. Then a different person appeared, blonde woman who was practically non verbal. She handed me the paper bag with the whole chicken in it. It had clearly been handled roughly as there was fat and juices smeared over the outside of the paper bag. I politely asked for a clean bag. (Not one of these three people were wearing gloves.) When she appeared again I asked her if she was the manager, she nodded. I said that I'd been served undertemperture food before and that is a health issue. Then another person with straight black hair that was pulled back said in a raised aggressive rude voice "She just wants to argue and pushed Infront of the blonde lady "manager" and very rudely said I've checked the temperature it"s 62 degrees, it's 62 degrees. We leave them sitting for two hours." Then said something else I can't remember what (but I do have a audio recording) and I said something back and she screwed up her face and said in a very aggressive sarcastic manner and looked pointedly at my mask, "I can't hear you!" (Since COVID has started up in Perth again I wear a mask to protect my very fragile elderly parents). I said "I'm not the one raising my voice (I had stayed calm and polite the whole time, I am a Primary teacher and have the patience of a saint). Then she made a disparaging remark about the state of the backseat of my car. (I had bottles bagged up to recycle and get refund). Then she said even more aggressively do you want a refund? I said "Yes I do". As I knew this horrible person had handled my food I started to wonder what they had done to it. She said "give me the chicken then". She said something else and I decided I didn't want to risk her handling my card (I forgot I paid by cash). She slammed the window and said "You just want to argue". I said, "No, I just wanted a hot chicken". And drove off. After a 3 min drive home the chicken wasn't hot enough to eat safely without reheating. By then I was so upset I couldn't eat and suspected the chicken might have been interfered with in an unhygienic manner, so I threw it away. Verbal abuse and a financial loss of $15.95....I think that deserves a minus 3 stars rating, don't you?
Was unable to find a contact number for Red Rooster that hadn't been disconnected. Reading other reviews about the older Ellenbrook store they say there is no point trying in trying to get an appropriate response from that store manager.
So I'm here to tell everyone avoid both Ellenbrook stores if you want to avoid being abused and poisoned by under temperature stale food.
I myself will NEVER eat from a Red Rooster ever again. Perhaps I should upload audio of incident to Facebook. Receipt says 19/12/23 @3.42pm....perhaps a good general manager in head officer could view footage and dismiss this staff member before they put you out of business. If you look at (productreview.com.au) it looks to me as though this company has been taken over by cowboys. Pretty serious when they could actually kill someone with badly handled chicken!
