I have been patronising this take-out restaurant for over 15 years.

They are open late, the car park is well lit and doesn't have a creepy night-time vibe, like some places

The food and service have nearly always been impeccable, and the current manager provides fantastic customer service.

About the only peeve I've had with them is that around 2000, they changed the menu to halal (makes good business sense being so close to Lakemba's main shopping strip).

I was really happy they did this, even before I understood the ethical side, as the chicken became slightly cheaper but better tasting. Unfortunately they phased that out a couple of years ago. I ask every now and then if they'll go back to it, but it doesn't seem likely.
