The drive through is difficult to navigate and if its raining you'll get wet! Service can be slow too. Still it's pretty standard for a red rooster and the store itself was refurbed not that long ago.

extremely good food, quick service, drive throught never stuffs up orders, they are always spot on, we have a lunch person at my work which gathers around 20 peoples lunches every day, and most places miss orders, stuff up change, give different orders, but red rooster never has, we use them for all our catering needs

As I used to live right near this store, I visited it quite a few times, hoping they would improve each time I went back. Where do I start....every time I went there I'd wait far too long for my order, the staff are not professional AT ALL (always sitting at the side smoking). One night I walked there and was walking through the empty car park when I heard someone laughing and swearing through the drive through speaker. There was no one there luckily but I was so surprised to hear it. My orders were regularly messed up and the chips were often not properly cooked. This happened to me twice and another time I was there waiting for my food and a customer came back into the store to complain about the same thing. I wrote an email to management and never got a reply. Worst store in Brisbane and I really can't believe they're still in business considering it's part of a large chain of take aways!
