The black olives are firm, not squishy, and delicately flavoured. The green are tasty too. The olive oils come in a large variety of flavours as well as plain. The basil has a fresh taste as if the herb was picked only minutes ago. The orange has a lightness that seems to appeal to children. A well presented good quality Australian product.
