Dr Muhammad Saeed Alam is the GP for the person that i am medical decision maker and health directive for. I was unable to go to an appt with her today so she went in without me. When she went in she was directed by the GP to the nurse who then took her into a different business that is 'Holistic 24/7 Care' an NDIS Registered Service Provider but in the same building. Without the person/patients consent her information was provided by the nurse to two people who then started asking her questions directly related to her and telling her they were wanting to provide services under NDIS through them. At 'NO' time did she say she wanted there assistance as they were pushing for it through NDIS. This person isn't a participant on NDIS yet. The person declined but contacted me saying that she felt very uncomfortable as they had no right to share her information. Serious consideration will be made regarding a report to APHRA about confidentiality. 'Holistic 24/7 Care' was registered with an ABN in September 2023 as a company and will be reported to the NDIS Safeguards Commission.

Dr Masoud Shasti is one of the best doctors I have ever met in my life.

Rude and unprofessional behaviour

My previous GP for 27 yrs retired in 2021, so I had to find a new GP. I did some homework first and decided to try the Redbank Plains Family Health Centre, and I am very pleased to say that I am impressed with the doctor who first attended to me, and has continued to do so ever since. I have no hesitation in recommending the Redbank Plains Family Medical Centre to others. The waiting area is always clean and tidy. The staff at reception are delightful people to communicate with. The nurse in the Treatment Room are very pleasant and professional in carrying out their duties. And my GP is a gentleman and very interested in being a doctor who wants to give you his best service. It is a nice feeling when attending an appointment to see my GP. Thank you. Phil

My partner took my son in on the advice of a child health nurse who tested his ears and said they needed further investigation.
Dr not only hurries us up but puts my son on antibiotics to then ask a week later ask "why is he on antibiotics?"
Then tells us he needs a note from our sons teacher before he will refer us to anyone.
My partner had a scheduled appointment on Monday for test results but it was rescheduled for 3pm Tuesday. After an hour of waiting and being told he's just running late, the receptionist ushers family or friends who just walked in to see the dr he was waiting for.
Won't be back.

Their are Worst, their don’t care about The patient, was standing waiting for long time while their taking personal calls, and when he got of the phone he served other people behind me. And my daughter really need it to see a doctor.

Had an appointment tonight, waited 90 mins to see doctor. Reception didn’t even tell me there was a wait or if I wanted to re-book for another time. Finally got to see him and he gave me a half ass apology and my waiting this long doesn’t matter then asks me “your daughter has a cough?”
But get this - This doctor asked me to rebook this appointment so he could tell me my daughters pathology results from a swab they took from her on Tuesday and this fool hasn’t even looked up her notes before we walked in. After his ridiculous apology, told him to not touch my daughter and we walked out. Will never see him again

Always recommend this surgery as the doctors are amazing! It’s bulk billing too, which helps for families! Always able to get an appt but always able to walk in ththe door too!

Called to check if there were running on time they said yes, then had to wait 20 minutes.
However doctor listened and requested blood test to help assist with my enquiry.

Am still waiting for the results to be put on my health file.
Have called up about this already as it’s been over a month. Unsure what’s going on as no one has bothered to call back.

Very very professional family medical centre. Went here when my daughter fell of her bike and got a severe cut. Rushed her here and was seen to immediately! Highly recommended
