We dined there last week for the first time in a long time and overall it was a really great experience only thing was there weren't very many people there and we still waited quite a long time for our meal but otherwise the menu and its prices were great

Approximate cost: $20.00

We love Thursday kids free night! Each main meal gets a child's one free!! With a great indoor/outdoor play area and seating near by it is an ideal hang out so the kids don't get bored. Food taste great and quality with competitive prices which is an added bonus

Approximate cost: $15-$20 Thursdays kids eat free with any main meal order

Not a bad place to go for a meal and a drink. I like that it is kid friendly, as well. The service could probably be a bit better, because meals take a little longer than I'd expect, even when they are not that busy.

Excellent venue, great friendly staff and service. Prices are rather high, and food does not reflect the high price!

Approximate cost: $25.00

I have been a regular at RBP Tav for a while. I live locally and like to take my family there. I am assuming they have a new cook because I went this week and was appalled. My son got a steak burger that was not only cold, but the steak was boot leather. I ordered a steak and it was tough as well. My daughter ordered a caesar salad with no parmesan and it was smothered in parmesan. We also sat and watched several other tables get served who ordered after us. I am used to a steak being a bit slow, but other people's steaks were being eaten who ordered after us, while I still waited. I am not the type of bloke to cause a scene so I didn't actually complain. Prior to this visit, I had rated the Tav very highly as a place to eat. I will just make my complaint by not going back. Nice one RBP Tav - You just lost a regular and I will be spreading the word locally.

Nice and very clean and very big (huge) pokies for Gambling your hard earned money away. Very good, friendly and experienced staff. Awesome promotions compare with most shops in Australia.

Approximate cost: $25-30

Since my last post, I wrote to the manager directly about the inconsistent quality of food. Not only did he have the courtesy to reply, he has obviously had a word to staff about the issues raised because the inconsistency I spoke of has very obviously been addressed and rectified. I have been to the tavern four times now since then and am mightily impressed with the quality of food turned out. Our table numbers have ranged from two to eight, but the standard of food has not been compromised. I would now have no hesitation recomending this to people as an affordable (and reliable!) place to eat out if your looking for a relaxed, casual place to dine.

Approximate cost: $14-22

I eat here and also like a flutter on the pokies. its nice and close to home, just 5 minutes walk up the road. It got great atmosphere and good food. the pokie promotions are great and fun. It looks much bigger on the inside than it does from the outside. I also use the drive thru BWS bottleshop.

Approximate cost: $n/a
