The receptionist had made the wrong day and time for an appointment as she had not bothered to check about the nurse. I confirmed my appointment yesterday. Lesley the receptionist was abrupt and authoritative when she just blurted out my name and said you have to come back the nurse wasn’t rostered for your care plan. Her dismissive attitude was disappointing.
