I wouldn’t recommend them i am a disabled pensioner and payed $500 deposit they come around to look how much furniture was told 2 men and big truck i moved all boxes and small furniture and items i could to keep cost down and on day a small truck showed up apparently a mix up of address and job i was told then to be told they needed a Third person it will make job quicker and cheaper they told me so as they waited for third person as clock is ticking they walked around and looked at furniture till third person showed up so one can stay in truck and pack and other 2 can bring out furniture even though there was only big furniture items i couldn’t do myself but trusted them as supposed to be experts as they told me? Even though there wasn’t that much furniture it took 9.5 hours 2 trips which is only 5 minutes in same suburb because they didn’t stack gear up because it would be quicker they told me and because I moved all the boxes it apparently made it harder and longer to stack in truck they told me i still can’t understand that but they told me they are the experts,the removilist spent more time on there phones and sitting down even sitting on my lounge and dining chairs inside my house when they got to new address most of the furniture was put in garage because they said it wouldn’t go up the stairs .me being disabled was able to move upstairs with my 15 year old son but put me in hospital to get my shoulder operated on then they told me they had to go back to the depot to move furniture from one truck to another to take up north in the morning I think that was my big truck?they sent me a invoice for $1750 and only done 3/4 off job I emailed from hospital saying i would like to talk about bill and move after 3 more phone calls over a month we’re they said they will investigate and get back to me which they didn’t they said on final phone call they would take off just over $100 and I should of told the 3 removilist on the day if they weren’t doing the job quick enough and wasting time as if a disabled person with other problems was going to confront 3 big removilist and tell them they not doing there job properly i wasn’t comfortable and I can’t believe the person in charge told me to confront them and shouldn’t have left it a month even through I rang them every week and they never rang me back once very disappointed they took advantage of a disabled person wouldn’t recommend them to anyone supposed to be a family company they certainly didn’t treat me like that.

Terrible customer service. Booked a removal with these guys only to have them not turn up or answer their phone on the day. They quoted a system error on their end as reason for booking not being in the system. Their advice to a solution was to look for an alternative company. I would suggest anyone looking at these guys save time and go straight for a different company.

Very helpful and professional service from the first contact to the final delivery of our contents. The packaging and removal team were very professional and took excellent care of our house contents. Highly recommend and will not hesitate to use again if ever required
