Was a bit lost with a SMSF Loan, needed to settle a property quickly after being screwed ard by Westpac, done a google search, called Redwood and spoke to Ivan, within 1 business day , they submitted a loan and set up the bare trust we needed (cheap too!) - seriously know their stuff especially when you cannot do smsf loans yourself! any time you are buying property in a smsf give Ivan @ Redwood a call and they will sort you out. Highly reccomended and got me out of a jam! now I can happily say I have a SMSF strategy going forward thanks to Redwood.
There was no cost for the loan as they are brokers and the bare trust was very reasonable @ $1500 including the company.
Set up an SMSF with Redwood a year ago, these guys made the bare trust, finance and property investmnent smooth and easy, highly recommend their service
