The apartment we stayed in was wonderful. Very very well equipped, clean, great view. The owners had gone to great lengths to make sure all you would need was there. The complex is in a great location, walking distance to a supermarket and the restaurants, foreshore.
Management could have been a little friendlier, however there was minimal interaction with them so it did not affect us.
