Requested a quote and Regency turned up on time. Great to talk with and highly professional company. I did not go ahead with quote only through a change in my requirements. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a bathroom.

Wow, wow wow fantastic company, we have nothing but praise for Regency Bathrooms, our bathroom is stunning! They did everything they said they would and then some. We were away for the whole time the renovation was in process, we were kept informed the whole way with photos and email, we never once felt apprehensive about what we would find when we got back. We cannot thank them enough. If you are looking for a professional company with an attitude to match then go no further than these people.

They were great until I signed the contract and found fault with their work. Although most of it was good, the few things that needed addressing caused them to become aggressive and insulting. They accused me of damaging their work. When they found that they were wrong, no apology, just more insults. According to them I am a lying, winger, tight fisted and my house is a dilapidated hovel (all quotes and in written emails). Not very pleasant when you pay 30K for a professional service and cop that sort of behaviour. Recommend them? NO!
