I'm so happy to find Relax & Be! After ongoing neck and shoulder pain, a few massages really helped ease this and I was given some stretches to do at home. I'm always looking forward to my next session as my experiences have been so therapeutic, both physically and mentally uplifting :) I just float on out afterwards!
