Being an extremaly active person, playing football and constantly training. I enjoy getting regular massages to keep the body loose and ready to go. I have been to many different massage therapists around brisbane, but none have compared to Nadia. She understood what i was after straight away, and the body is feeling as good as it has in a long time. If your after a massage, definitely give release and reshape a call!

Nadia is an amazing massage therapist. I've had massages by other people before, but I found Nadia was really attentive and in-tune with the problem in my shoulders. Over multiple sessions my shoulder pain has disappeared and I feel great. Could not be more happier with this outcome. Recommend!
