What is the point of having a Medical Centre which doesn't take patients?
I even offered to pay, in cash, to be seen and they still refused!
Absolutely hopeless.
They now have a new doctor and takes new patients again. These are very experienced and established doctors. Last year another practice nearby closed down, thus lots of patients flooded in - maybe that's why it closed book.
