very unprofessional or may be being racist.Despite of booking for my toddler I was told they did not book it.

I got a call asking if I could come in one hour earlier as they had a cancellation. I got there earlier like they asked me to, ended up waiting 1 hour and 16 mins. No apology. Was tempted to walk out. When they finally got to me they quickly did my foils then talked me out of getting my hair trimmed. They also kept offering tea and coffee but always forgot. Disgraceful service. Needless to say they lost me as a loyal customer.

Have been going to Renelle's for years and absolutely adore their work. I would and do recommend the salon to anyone who needs any hairdressing work done! They are amazing with the colour and cut. I know I can walk in with any request and walk out happy! Go there if you want to walk out beautiful and feeling pampered

I'd just like to thank Renelles Cutting Edge for a Gorgeous Full colour & foils. I feel & look fabulous. Renelle does Amazing Up-Styles for School Formals & weddings, my niece was so Happy with her hairstyles on her bridesmaids last month. It's always a Fun atmosphere in this Salon & I highly recommend for any1 that loves to be pampered by professionals. Also the Spray Tanning Booth is Fantastic & Private.... i have been going to renelles hairdressing salon for a couple of yrs now and i find the staff and renelle very friendly and i always get comments on how good my hair looks..re cut or styling.. can highly reccommend for anyone to go there

Worst experience I've ever had in a salon. Very old fashioned and dated colouring and cutting. Cheap products. Squeezed my son in with me and his hair was uneven. An all round bad experience. Do not reccommended and will never go back.

I have switched from a highly rated salon in Campbelltown over to Renelles Cutting Edge. I get my hair done by Renelle and she is a great hairdresser. I'm always getting compliments on how good my hair looks. The service in the salon is friendly and welcoming. I'd never go back to the other salon.

I have been going to Renelles Cutting Edge for years. I've had everything you can think of done to my hair and I always walk out of there with amazing hair. The staff are friendly, professional and educated - they all know what they're doing. You can trust all of them. It's a busy salon, for a very good reason. I'll never go anywhere else.

I wentbhere a few weeks ago and got an amazing cut and colour! The hairdressers are so friendly and know exactly what you want. They have really changed and woupd definately recommend to anyone who's not a snob and want to have a great haircut with great service! Definately going back

Hairdresser involved was running 40 minutes late with appointment, foil head of foils done, blond foils came out yellow with also patches of orange on the same strands of hair (noticed once I had left) called them and told them I was not happy with orange parts in hair, they said to come back and they will get someone(who was new) to tone it. Worried about going back there all night as my wedding is only weeks away and I didn't want them to make it any worse, decided to go else where to have it fixed. Ended up costing extra $60.00, had to have 5 foils put back in to fix the ones they had done that were part orange and part yellow, then also had to have toner, one and a half hours later the problem 99% fixed
