Please don't damage your hair and waste your money.
I went there to have a hair cut, tinting and blowdry. Initially, I was informed that it was going to cost between AUD 110-150. So, I asked the price if I wanted to have foils done, and they said 206AUD for half head.

I decided for a light brown hair colour and showed the foto to give them an idea. After tinting, the colour was completely different from what I asked, the hair was red in the top with black points. Seeing the mistake, they offered to fix, adding what they called a toner to make the colour more uniform.
While applying the "toner", one of the hairdressers decided to add a extra chemical to my hair, saying it would help to make the colour I asked for. She ensured it was not going to damage my hair.
All the process was very long, forced me to stay there for 4 hours, to fix their mistake, and the hair was still the same at the end, bicolour. Even worse, my hair became very dry for the amount of chemicals they used.

At the till they charged me for AUD 206, when asked why I had to pay for foils price if I haven't had it, they said they had to use more chemicals to make the colour I asked, therefore they had to charge me for that.
I complained saying it was not fair make pay for their mistake, but the lady at the till said I could take it further but this was the price I had to pay.

Horrible experience! $336 to bleach my hair and to make it purple and a week later another $137 to fix the colour cos it faded only after one wash. A week later my hair faded again and now is blond, blue and believe it or not green! Management sad that if I pay again that they would do something about it. I wish I can put a photo of my hair so you can all see !

Friendly, knowledgeable and understanding colour and style consultation before starting, hot coffee and water with lovely down to earth chat during appointment all made my experience perfect.
Amazing results for a really good price. Very happy and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great hair dresser.
