Hi Dennis. Thanks for your 5 STAR Review. Our number one goal is to answer our phones! If we are in a meeting, we always do our best to return our missed calls as soon as possible. The same goes for email. This is our main point of difference compared to most of our competitors. Each month, we take a lot of properties off other agencies and it is generally because of poor communication and difficulty in getting responses from their property managers.
