Very easy to deal with, especially during Covid! Everything can be done online and following an easy process, they are making moving during Covid easier. Also very friendly and prompt responses

They are all very friendly, very helpful and quick to respond. Brett has been amazing from the word go. Trudy (my property manager) has been absolutely delightful to deal with, she treats my property as her own, i love her work. Having them on my team makes me feel very comfortable and assured that my property is in good hands.
When I acquire another property in the Brisbane area I will be using Rent360 again

They’ve been great! Having just moved back to Australia after years aboard we needed a little more information about how rental payments and bills work than your ordinary tenant might. Rent 360 were happy to help us and always responded to any questions on the same day! They even replaced broken appliances from the previous tenants very quickly without so much as a question. Referencing was a piece of cake, we had it all signed and sorted in 24 hours. It’s always a worry working with estate agents you don’t know but there were no skeletons in the closet with these guys. Highly recommend.

Property Manager Emma Brown at rent360 Goldcoast, has been Apsolutley fabulous in helping our family with the somewhat daunting process of applying and signing up to a tenancy online, Emma made the process easy! Very friendly and extremely efficient!

My experience with Rent360 and Tania has been nothing short of terrific!!

Tania has been looking after my investment property and it's been such a pleasant and stress-free experience.
From the day of settlement, Tania was able to fix numerous issues left behind by the previous property management. She went above and beyond to make sure everything (from finding new tenants to resolving outstanding problems) was in perfect order.
Tania treated the property as her own. I could not thank her enough for the effort and time she spent, sometimes outside of normal work hours, to ensure everything was up to her high standard. Always prompt to reply and available to answer any of my questions or concerns.
