6 months after the initial treatment (with a second treatment 3 months ago) the house is visited by live spiders and bull ants. Rang Rentokil who advised me that it's outside of the warranty and I would have to pay for another service. I refused to pay when I paid previously and still experiencing pests in the house. It was frightening when my 2 year old niece spotted a spider in her bedroom. Found M&M who offer better warranty and advise and competitive in price.
