I had a really bad 14yr old hood lining that was falling down through out the whole car centre light and sun visors were the only things holding my hood lining in . In came the young guy from Repair Bull he had my hood lining replaced to brand new in less than 1hr. the job was clean and complete. looked like the day I purchased my car 14yrs ago job well done thankyou . What a mess! Called and made an appointment, arrived on time. No professionalism at all. The person who came to fix my roof lining rocked up in a shabby old pair of boardies and t-shirt. Nothing to indicate this person was representing the company Repair Bull. The vehicle this person drove made the company look bad.(A dirty old station wagon with a smashed bumper) When cleaning old residue of my roof liner, staff left a mess of it all on my front lawn. On completion on the job staff also left the orange dried out residue all through the car, with no offer to vacuum. Upon payment, eftpos machine was flat and needed to be charged and the screen on the machine was eligible. The roof liner was done fine and for that I give 2 stars. For the money I paid to could not believe that a company could be so unprofessional.
