I recently purchased an inverter for my car for a trip to QLD. It never worked, I returned it as a warranty claim and told they will contact me to let me know whether they will replace or refund if the goods are faulty. It was a month later that I realised I had not been contacted so I rang them and was told I could get a replacement or refund! Would they have called me ?? I think not, very poor return service when you have to chase it up yourself!
