We have had good service and bad service with this business. We ordered parts from this business that they didn't have in stock. Went to collect them and they tried to say that we ordered more parts. There was no way that this happened as we did not need the other parts at all. They guy that we spoke to on the phone wasn't the same guy that was in the shop. For some reason they got their wires crossed. The manager was so rude to my husband it wasn't funny. Why they treat customers like this beats me. We will never ever go back there again and certainly would not recommend them to anyone any more, even though we have been there plenty of times before. No such thing here about the customer being right. We will not stand for this type of behaviour and will never give them our money or time again doesn't matter how desperate we are.
