We've bought a number of electrical items from Boer's Retravision in Heathmont - dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and microwave etc. We have always done our 'shopping around' beforehand and our research to ensure we know what we wanted. We have then just bought locally from Heathmont without any problems. On a couple of occasions, we have had to stand firm on what we wanted. They have always price-matched for us.

A franchise of the Retravision chain. Initially the staff were very helpful and I did get a great deal with them. More due to the fact that I had shopped around before going to see them!! I wanted to spend my money locally and have regretted the decision. Two years down the track and I have still not forgotten the poor service I received. When the DVD player I ordered was not available, I was talked into an inferior brand that did not have the functions that I asked for Then when I tried to return the item - it was not a multi zone player as I requested - I had to FIGHT for my money back. I was told I was ignorant. Really poor service. Not even worthy of 1 star!
