very rude to me. i was going there to change my hair from black to blonde which was a big decision for me. i sat down and told staff what i want and told me it would be a big change so i said let me think and not even two minutes later of thinkng about it did staff rudely inform me that there were other people waiting for a haircut too. wish i had just walked out.

It's the worst place. I went there for my hair permanent straightening just for the fringe & the management burnt my hair n charged me $350 for just the fringe & was so rude.

Awful place!! I just got my eyebrows done, also colouring! It was way to dark and it cost me $40!!!! I was so unhappy so I went back, asking them if they could do something about it. They can, but they want anouther $10 to repair the mistakes they have made!!
