I suffer from tight hamstrings and a prolapsed disc in my lower back and first saw Catherine as an attempt to help relieve my pain. She has been able to ease my pain and i have been enable to continue playing hockey. I really like how Catherine changes her massage technique depending on the symptons I present at each appointment.
