Lots of Doctors to choose from, female and male. They open till late weekdays, till 6-7pm. And open on Saturday and even Sunday! Receptionists are very nice. Once my boy got sick and I couldn't get an appt on the day, but the receptionist still put us down in case other patients cancel their appt, and I did get a phone call back on the same morning when there was an afternoon appt a/v.
They started to have electronic bulkbill this year, so you sign the form in the clinic for automatic claim of medicare that money will transfer to your bank account. Which is a great help of not needing to claim it yourself

Good numbers of Doctors on duty, flexible hours including weekends and Sunday which is good since husband who works full time got a chance to go. Clean and tidy clinic.
However most of my experience are long waiting time, even I've booked an appt in advance I still need to wait up to 30 mins to see a doctor.
No bulk bill there exp for concession.

This place is great! First it's open 7 days a week, and the doctors there are all very friendly and helpful!
