They weren't really busy the restuarant was quite empty but it may be because it was a week night and the place isn't like in your view, it's upstairs. The service definitely needs some work, spoons and forks were being dropped while it was being brought to the table and we needed to ask for our water to be refilled - what's with that?! But the manager or someone came out and she worked much more.. professionally. The food is great and the prices aren't too bad. The drinks are horrible though.
