I have been dealing with Richard Hoare & Co employees Hailey and Georgia for my house purchase. I've bought 2 Bed, 2 Bath apartment in West End. RHC provided a great, efficient service and friendly communication. It was a straight forward purchase with 30 days settlement. RHC offered a fixed fee (A$695) which was very good value for money. Searches and disbursement (external fees) were approx. A$950 (including fast tracking fees). I recommend to consider RHC for your next property transaction.
