We were given the wrong quote, and after following up with them still haven't got the corrected one. We had to chase them up repeatedly for the first one. We even saw them at a home show and they told us to ring them. Usually you get a voicemail, and leaving a message results in nothing being returned. We thought we must be a low money making job, but our quotes were much higher than yours....guessing they didn't want the job so quoted high on purpose and have since given us the run around.
