I love that Rhythm Infusion Fitness have their set up so that the lighting is set in a way that you feel like you are not being stared at.
They had a zumba class on and there were people going at all sorts of level with no one paying attention to the level anyone else was going at.
They provide a happy and fun environment without leaving anyone feeling self conscious.
The prices were great too :)

Rhythm Infusion Fitness delivers a fun workout with Zumba fitness. Friendly atmosphere and a good time! The lights are dimmed down so noone will see you. You can just go at your own pace you don't need to be a super star dancer to take part. Current funky music and a good time which will leave you feeling happy and confident - makes you keep coming back each week, it is really fun and a workout in disguise!
