I went in to purchase a 4WD recently. I normally am very suspicious of car dealers. I felt that this car dealer was more knowledgeable and was prepared to bargain with me which was good. I felt like their business was run on higher values and standards than most used car dealerships. My only criticism was that they were putting a bit of pressure on me to purchase from them as opposed to a private seller based on the certainty that dealerships are obligated by law to repair write-offs to the standards set out by law. In comparison to going through a private seller where you risk not being able to register the car through RTA NSW due to its write-off status. Although they did provide useful information the information was exaggerated and I did feel that they were perhaps too forceful in their tactics of persuation. The facts would have been sufficient. Overall, I would go back. My 4WD is in great mechanical condition, as promised and I am confident that they are up there in the car dealership industry standards.
