Richard's massage was amazing. I was really stressed and he was so calm and peaceful, I could feel myself relaxing just talking to him. He took a very thorough history and I felt he really listened to me and cared about what was going on in my life. He does different styles of massage depending on what you want- I mainly wanted relaxation but he also did some great deep tissue on my shoulder where I needed it. This guy's energy is amazing- I felt like a went into a deeply relaxing meditation during the massage and I just floated for days after! Do yourself a favour and give this guy a go- fully recommend.
