I don't know if this applies to all the staff there however the rentals guy I dealt with was appalling and rude. So I am rating it according to this person that represents the company. He is absolutely rude to people of different ethnic backgrounds.

Upon asking him if he had rental properties he didn't even check or make it look like I was important enough for him to check the rental list he just said there are none. I asked him when he has anything new could he contact me he said yes but didnt even bother to take my number down.
