I rented a house through them for a year and I had to wait until I sent them a breach notice and my intention to leave before any of my maintenance requests were actioned. I have 2 little kids and I had a fence fallen down with the broken wood in my backyard, rusty nails exposed, leaking taps and more. My calls would never be returned and it was a hassle to arrange anything. Happy to take my rent money but I didn't get anything for it!
