They were the agents for the property we rented in Sydney and they were terrible. The condition report was not done properly, the house was not clean or in good condition, and any time we rang with a problem they denied it outright and then tried to fob us off for as long as possible. We moved out within six months because the living conditions and dealing with these agents was unbearable. We would never rent through them again - in fact we would probably never rent through any Richardson and Wrench agents again after this experience.
