Longer wait time even after you arrived on time... 2-5 min spend with you. No extra advice by looking at your issue.

If you are specialist in skin. Patient comes in with skin issue after long waiting time before and after appointments, paying marked price, Can you please mention what are they being treated for? What is the cause? Is it curable or not? How long it might take? What are the precautions? Or anything specific please.

I have been through several appointments, same issues every time.

Dr Green is a warm person but I feel my skin problem is being ignored.

Approximate cost: $150

Dr Jack Green is a highly trained, capable and warm professional. He has been treating my skin for several years and is simply sensational. His team are also knowledgable and welcoming. His laser treatments have served to improve the condition of my skin dramatically. My skin is plumper, with fine lines erased and redness reduced. I wholeheartedly recommend him and his range of laser treatments

Dr Jack Green is outstanding at his line of work. He listens, works fast and treats on the spot where possible. A long wait every time you visit but worth the wait for the care given every time.

Approximate cost: $160

This is a busy practise and it pays to take something to do while you are waiting. But it shows the popularity of this place and the quality of its staff. I saw Doctor Jack Green who is a very skilled dermatologist, lecturer and consultant. But he's not at all daunting as some others I've met. He was calm and interested, asked questions and discussed my history. Even telling me about his own experience.

The room was small, but set up with all necessary equipment and had quite a relaxing feeling. I could have had a whole body skin check for no extra cost, but only wanted him to look at a certain area. Which he did and offered suggestions, did some treatment there and then with dry ice and gave me some information sheets and free samples of sunscreen and moisturizer to take away.

Other doctors could take him as an example of how to engage the confidence of patients. I'll actually look forward to my next visit now instead of dreading it.

Watch out for the parking though, find a side street but you might still have to pay for meters.

Cost was just over $200 and a proportion of this can be claimed back on Medicare.
