Adam and his staff at Richmond Panels provide a truly comprehensive service for the customer and the damaged car. Their efficiency, good communication and friendly, can-do manner were all tremendously appreciated. And the finished repair was superb!

Gary took over all contact with the other parties insurance company for a problem that was not my fault. A huge relief if you don't have time to follow up other peoples insurers. I literally dropped in the car and he dealt with all of it, with a loan car to me with no questions asked. The finished car looks better now than when it was new !

Randomly dropped into the panel shop the other day as my car interior door handle was coming apart. Spoke with Daniel and he was onto it. Had a look at the issue. Went to order part and then advised that a part should come in the next day or so. Well they looked at and promptly fixed it. I have nothing but the best things to say about these guys. They are so incredibly helpful and respectful. I had an experience where i was stuck with a flat Tyre. Adam, i believe the owner of the business, picked me up from my house, drove me to beaurepairs, got my new tyre, drove me back to my house and replaced my tyre. ALL FOR FREE. I begged to repay him somehow and he insisted that i shouldn't. Their kindness was almost overwhelming. I would 100% recommend Richmond panels above any other panel beater- i have been with them for 5 years now and they have been so incredibly helpful with the best prices, the best deals and just lovely personalities when you need help. Would strongly recommend.

The headlights surface of my Honda Accord Euro had become frosted for whatever reason and resisted cleaning. Normal resolution entails removal of front bumper, remove both headlights, headlights repolish and recoat, reassemble. Garry and his staff looked at the job and decided to repolish both headlights surfaces with the lights in place. The headlight glass surface looks almost like new again. Amazing! Ultimately it was a small job, but the process, care, knowledge, ability were applied to my job as they may be applied to a more complex task, all of these items important to me. I accidentally gouged a chunk out of the front bumper of my new Suzuki, and took it to Richmond Panels for repair. They did a fantastic job of fixing it, the bumper looks like new, and the price was better than I expected.

I just stopped in to ask about a fixing up some small scratches to my passenger door, within 10 minutes my car was polished And paintedt. My car looks fantastic!!! I was involved in a collision where I hit the back of a car on my bicycle and got slapped with an $8000 bill a year later. Needless to say I was extremely surprised considering the car was already damaged and I cycled home with no damage done to me or my bicycle and I was cycling very slowly too. I felt this was absurd but I didn't know how to go about it so I asked Gary for advice and he was a star and completely took over by corresponding with the insurance and receivables companies who billed me. I couldn't have known what to do if Gary didn't help me. Such a legend, super helpful and extremely patient I can't thank you enough for all your help!

These guys are fantastic - by far the most honest and decent panel beaters I have dealt with. They were quick, easy to deal with and really value customer service. They even washed and detailed the car! What could have been a painful experience was actually really easy because of Gary and Ali and the team at Richmond Panels! By far the best experience I've ever had at a panel shop!! Drove in with an emergency repair and in less than an hour Gary and his super quick team had me up and running in no time. Definitely recommend these guys!!

The emotional rollercoaster of pranging my car stopped when I walked in the door of Zebra Panels, Garry and his team took away my stress immediately. I was offered to bring the car in straightaway for repair, offered a brand new loan car and had my insurance claim expedited through the CGU assessor who Garry had dealt with for many years. As a single girl in the City, I have often felt vulnerable when dealing with mechanics but from the get go I felt I could trust Zebra panels to look after me. There was good communication about time frames and the insurance claim while my car was in the shop. It was a seamless exercise and I would recommend Zebra Panels to anyone. I rated the value satisfactory as it was all through my insurance and didn't need to pay anything.
