The quality, timeliness and customer service to effect the repair was outstanding. Not only was everything done to my complete satisfaction the business provided a free of charge loan vehicle for the duration of the repair and even helped me sort out a mix up with my insurer. The panel and paint work was first class as was the service. Friendly, professional and going the extra yard without me even asking. The only way you could tell I had the bingle is that the old panels aren't as good as the new....now I have some paint cutting back to do to bring the paint on the old panels up to a good standard!! The price was very reasonable especially for very high quality of work. After I had dropped my car off, they gave me a lift to work and picked me up when the job had been done. I just had my Mitsubishi Challenger 4wd repaired by Richmond Prestige Smash Repairs ,it need the front end fixed including bull bar and spot light's and I can't believe what a great job they did on it ,it looks soooo good ,great work guy's I love my car it looks like new .

Poor quality work, refused to fix mismatching (wrongly tinted) paint and faulty parts used in repair. Within a few months of repair paint began to flake. Beware!
