They make us sign a document that states it could cost up to $1000 plus parts. They would not start the job till we paid 50% The fault was minor and we had to help him find it. It was a faulty extension lead, unplugged it and then sent a bill for the remainder of the $1000! We called to complain and they said they would call us back but never did and then we get a court summons. They just wont return my calls. I just wish I had read all their reviews before we started but when you are in the dark its the last thing you think of.

Work was great, however, [redacted due to personal identifier] was supposed to replace a ceiling fan under warranty,I have made several phone calls several sms and emails and NOTHING, then there was another matter of overpayment at the end of contract,once again several phone calls, several SMEs several emails,even SMEs my bank account details to him and yet NOTHING .Extremely disappointed in this company,their service is [redacted due to offensive language] and I am going to take legal action
