I purchased a Plasma TV. The staff member I dealt with (Graham) was extremely knowledgeable and did the deal I wanted at a very good price. After placing the order which had a proposed 8 week waiting period I received regular updates on supply times and advances/delays etc. The set arrived 4 weeks earlier than first informed.
