I was so impressed with the service provided. After calling up about my father’s positive RAT, given his vulnerability a telehealth appointment was organised within 15 minutes. Following the call the receptionist was attentive and concerned to follow up. After discovering no one was available to pick up the antiviral script she offered to drop it in the mailbox on her way home from work that evening. Going out of her way to help was such a kind, beautiful act and I’m very grateful - thank you Alam!

They have incompetent doctors there, one in particular that you should stay away from Dr Akm Shamsuddic....

its open 7 days a week until the late hours which makes visiting a doctor easy. I was there a few days ago with a sore thoart. I had 9 patients in front of me and I ended up waiting for close to 3 hours. Its a very busy clinic so better to make a booking next time.
