Hi Rob,
thanks for the training program to prep for the Easter race.
The program taught me better discipline and I can't wait to have another go next year.
Have moved up into B Grade and am able to be competitive because of the program.
p.s. Love the Ridewiser Power Loop circuit and will ride it more to beat my time - 1.23.35
Dave
I had a bike fit yesterday that included various resistances with the intention to see my pedaling stroke and bike set up.
During this I was told that when under strain, I stay amazingly steady with good technique rather than losing form, falling apart and going all over the shop.
So I let them know it was all because of Ridewiser Ergo training sessions, as they teach me not only how to exert to higher levels whilst under strain, but also to focus on always having good form in that controlled environment - so my bio-mechanics and firing patterns are the best they can be for out on the road… which is all the truth!
Thanks Joce - you are building the total road-rider package as you climb the ability ladder - excellent! We love that!
Thanks for the ERGO MOVIE – I have been lethargic for the last couple of weeks, but after last night's endurance roll - this morning I felt so much better – almost normal.
Regards

Having a ripper trip on the FireFlies in NZ.
Over 740k's and 10,000 metres of climbing, and the legs are holding up well.
Couldn't have done it without the plan mate.
Thanks for helping me get here.
Cheers,
Simon
Way to Go, Bagnasco!
With respect
from the Crow!
I've been amazed at how much these Ridewiser Ergo sessions have helped me with my general bike fitness over the last couple of months.
I missed a few due to work and an ankle injury before Xmas, however I'm still noticing a big difference in my increased cycling stamina and power outputs -
even after just doing weekly sessions over a few months.
John Angless
Amazing to read your review John, yes the Ridewiser Ergo Machines accelerate muscle-ability to manage lactic-acid build-up so there you have it! Go well!
Crowie
Smashed the bike leg at Noosa Tri.
Averaged 36.9kph - took about 4 mins off my P.B. for the bike and a bit over 8 mins off my overall P.B.
Thanks for all your help and ergo training, there's no better prep for the bike than ridewiser!!!
Catch you next week.
Daniel Fink
Whoa you are flying up the ladder Dan, way to go, love your P.B. improvement, most guys are just happy to see 1 minute slice off!
Cheers
Crowie
Hi Rob,
I felt amazing for the rest of the day yesterday after doing the session with you.
Thanks

Folks, Just FYI from this morning. Really considered staying in bed, really pleased that I didn't!! Tony is a fantastic instructor.
Scott
Thanks Scott, sounds like you're getting top value at training with TonyG and also hitting your Target V speed at every chance #respect
Cheers
Rob
Thanks for an EPIC cycling day out Rob, well organised and sold, smart and efficient riding by everyone. I can see why the Ridewiser Ergos are so valuable in getting your best form ready for the biggest cycling challenges ~
Good Thanks!
Monty
Well well well, what an EPIC experience we will be having on your Montcyclingtours Belgian Trip in 2015 - roadside at Paris-Roubaix!
Any spots left?
Crowie
I have to say, the Ridewiser Ergo sessions are the most powerful ‘fitness building' experience I know about for my cycling.
Now I've learned from the extended warm-ups, the graduated work in different power levels, and the education that comes from instructors during the training sessions that by spending more time at lower output levels, I'm actually able to go a lot faster now than ever before.
Paul Munro
Thanks for your review and ongoing great feedback Paul - you are definitely one of our most outspoken advocates - great form to you!

Got to say your ‘follow up' and customer service is very impressive….no wonder the business is booming – well done.
Am happy to remain an advocate of the ergo's and I know Ben will too…we've got a lot out of them and am sure the rest of the boys in our group will be back here and there (especially during the colder months when the weather is
crap)

"Ridewiser Ergo really works!!"
It gave me the ability to recover from mistakenly sprinting too early & blowing up, but still regaining the wheel, then surging again mid-sprint, jumping into a passing 'winning train' of riders - and WIN!!
I have no doubt that without the Ridewiser Ergo training, I would not have recovered that first instance, let alone gone on to attack again and win!!â€

That's great Simon
Very good transference of ERGO POWER to real world cycling, especially at that level when every centimeter counts! Fitness, power, recovery, repeats - all in the bag! ; )
Excellent stuff
Thank you
Crowie
...with a weekly experience on the Ridewiser Ergos, suddenly riding your
bike becomes easier than the indoor training sessions.
I think ergo training is actually better than road training for my cycling
fitness!
Ben Welsh, Tribal Triathlon Club
Great work Benny!
You've certainly got some history on these Ridewiser Ergo bikes to know what you're talking about. Best wishes for a great ride in Hawaii!

Crowie
Hi Rob, Leanne and Team
I can't thankyou enough for putting on an absolutely awesome day on Saturday, I had a total blast, as did everyone on the ride.
You guys run a very efficient a slick operation and the day could not have been any better.
Amazing conditions, a great bunch of fit, strong riders, no incident's, great camaraderie and a record to boot!
I have not stopped smiling and just wanted to pass on my sincere appreciation for putting it on.
What a day!
Can't wait to see the photo's.
Mark me down for number 3 in 2015…
Hope to see you again soon.
Cheers

Thanks very much Ben
Great to see you riding the strongest yet in 2014 that I've seen of you over the last 5 years!
Really glad you enjoyed the journey thus far after inviting so many of your friends along to visit our services too.
What an ambassador!
Cheers
Crowie
Thanks so much Ridewiser for my Wednesday night ‘strength' cycling training on the Ridewiser Ergo sessions,
I knocked 2mins 14secs off my P.B. running time in the recent Melbourne Marathon 2014 – wow!
Carolyne Thompson
Amazing!!!
Thanks very much Carolyn, that really is an effort using the leg power training in transference to running - a lot of people are doing that the other way around (i.e. using running training to ride faster!) so GOOD FOR YOU AND US TOO!
Regards
Rob
What I have discovered through the whole process of training with Ridewiser Ergo programs is that I am so wedded to the Ridewiser 'Training Pyramid' concept now that any other data just seems to cloud the picture.
You have really taught me well.
I could feel when I was over-training and found balancing this out with more riding at lower intensity solved the problem.
I love the clarity of your Ridewiser training methodology, especially at my level of interpretation, and can see that the 'balanced man' approach is helping me become a much better rider.

Goodness me that is fantastic AJ, you really know HOW IT WORKS now - what a learning curve over the last 2 years you've had. You sound like one of our instructors! With that approach, you better get ready to GO A LOT FASTER, SOONER then ...
Crowie
Rob
You may not know it but you, Monty, Mary, Liz, Leanne and Lockie have provided a fantastic platform for me (and many others I am sure) to launch into a life changing experience.
Building strength, speed and pushing the limits physically certainly becomes addictive and has a positive effect on ones vision and view of the world.
I just wanted to share this with you as people may not take time to tell you these important milestones.
Rather than call or make a passing comment I thought it would be more sincere coming in written words.
It may not be about the bike, but it certainly includes the bike...
David Raphael
You're right Raph, it's very nice of you to say so in a review and written down than just in passing the front desk. And it's a superb thing you have had more than just a physical experience here - that's the whole idea behind RIDE + WISER so at the moment, I'm thinking pretty much that... YOU'RE THE MAN!
Crowie
Loved Leah's session, she's fantastic! You're lucky to have her on the team.
Was very satisfied with the session.
Good, solid and measured peak.
Pushed to a level that I'd be keen to improve on, but didn't have to scream and cry (which I'm not sure is what I'm after anyway).
We were given several opportunities to tweak our effort and make it as hard as we wanted.
Thanks very much for the opportunity to train with you again, love it!
Gus Gollings
That's such useful feedback, Gus!
We are always pleased to see you - one of the nicest blokes in the bike scene, everyone keeps telling me so. Maybe I should leave a review on you somewhere too!

Rob
Hi Rob,
Some feedback for you after my bike-fit consultation with Ridewiser today. Thus far:
1. The lower back pain I was experiencing has been significantly reduced,
2. I am no longer favouring one side of the seat. I am now sitting square throughout the ride,
3. I found hill climbing easier, and
4. I am more stable on the bike.
Great stuff! Thanks!
Yours,
Ricardo
Wow Ricardo,
I'm really glad you got the bike-fit done then : )
It just goes to show how many critical elements there are to getting the good ol basic as ever 'bike-riding activity' sorted out for total enjoyment, and position set-up is only just the beginning -
See you again soon
Regards
Rob
It was such a great experience riding in the AGF recently. But it wouldn't have been possible to complete the challenge as I did without the Ridewiser ergo training programs I've been doing. Along with my road riding, the ergo sessions have given me an amazing step up in my fitness levels since being back on my bike.
Thanks for all the encouragement.
Trudy Case
What a great story
so many people are in that phase of coming back to fitness from travel, illness, winter-time or time off and you sound like you've nailed it - and then some.
Well done Trudes
See you again soon on-road or in the ERGOs!
Rob
Great indoor cycling training...no matter if you're a beginner, commuter or you race. All year round, no matter what the weather's doing outside, you're guaranteed an hour of solid training.
Approximate cost: $33.00
Thanks Sage
you've just started something here with WOMO feedbacks and reviewing that's turned into a whole community of happy customers - thanks very much to you, enjoy the service ~
Regards
Rob
Well done Dave, that's a really good time on the course actually, and we have a number of harder loops to try for next year too - so look out everybody else I say! Cheers, Rob
