These guys are one of the best in town, Always friendly and they often ask the customer what they think of the meat etc and sometimes if you have'nt tried a particular cut of meat they will give you 2 pieces to try at home. Now you can't get much better then that and they do supply some pretty reputable high end restaurants in Hobart and surrounds, so that speaks volumes for me. Value for money also. No complaints here

This butcher recently won recognition in a local radio station "Best Businesses in Hobart" promotion so I thought I'd stop in and see what the fuss was about.

The service was friendly, helpful and in all pretty good. I purchased a couple of Chicken Cordon Bleu pieces which we cooked up for dinner last night. They were very tasty, though both did have a small bit of gristle in them where the chicken breast hadn't been perfectly trimmed. Minor detail though as they were otherwise very tasty.

Pricing was pretty good value as well with a number of specials available.

Well worth stopping in if you're in the Bridgewater area.
