I was in the middle of arranging a move and a truck threw a stone and chipped my windscreen about the size of a 10c piece.That was appx 5pm. I looked up O'briens website and called. The customer service rep was fantastic, we even had a chat. She booked me in at Ringwood automotive for the next day at 3pm, gave me 10% off. My windscreen was repaired (not invisible, but lifetime warranty against cracking) within 1/2 hr for $134.00 and I was on my way. Fantastic, speedy, efficient service on all parts.
