We have been using Caroline from Ringwood Mobile Dog Grooming for around 2 years. We had pretty much tried every other Dog Groomer in the phone book that serviced our local area (Ringwood) and found that not only were they very expensive, we also had to take time out of our busy days, to drop the dog off and then pick him up later in the day. This was not ideal for us as we both worked full time and was hard to get time off work to fit into the particular Groomers Schedule. In other words, we couldn't just leave the dog with the Groomer for the entire working day and that's fair enough... So, We had never really considered getting a "Mobile, We Come to you" type Dog Groomer as we kinda "thought" that the Salon Based Groomers were probably more skilled and professional than the Mobile Groomers.. Well, we couldn't of been more wrong as it turned out as one day we saw Caroline in our street doing one of our neighbours dogs, so we thought it couldn't hurt to at least give her a chance... We were very surprised at her level of expertise and knowledge of Dogs. But more importantly to me, was that she did a great job and got my little 4 legged mate spic and span. I was also surprised by her very affordable rates as I couldn't believe that someone as skilled as her, would come to us and only charge a small pittance when compared to the Salon Groomers. Caroline is also very much an animal lover in general and is always very kind to my dog, giving him treats and bringing him presents occasionally which i think is going above and beyond what most Other Groomers would ever do. I Would highly recommend her to anyone out there reading this review who wants quality care for their pooches and good reliable service. In fact most of my Friends, Work Colleagues and Relatives are also now using her services on a regular basis from my recommendation. Just for the convenience alone is worth it for us.. The fact that shes really good at her job, doesnt overcharge and my Dog absolutely loves her is a bonus... :) 10/10 Thankyou Caroline D & R
