I first contacted the Hampton store with an enquiry over the phone and was impressed with Amelia's product knowledge and her ability to listen and identify the best product to suit my needs. On visiting the store I witnessed Amelia patiently assisting an elderly lady who had previously purchased a product and needed some guidance. Amelia's manner, patience and customer service was exemplary - that of a bygone era.
I received the same attention and left the store with my purchase and was amazed at the quality and value for money. The following week I returned and with Amelia's guidance purchased two televisions. In today's world there is a multitude of products and brands to choose from so customer service is more important than ever when investing in electronic products. It is refreshing to have a sales person with both the technical knowledge and outstanding customer service. Thank you Rio + Amelia for a wonderful experience.

They have their own technicians and handover a seamless product. Had issues with a controller nothing major but they came back and replaced with another new.. They were fast to react.. Usually a testament of service.. Overall very happy experience
