Just had a fantastic Customer Experience at Riot Art in Frankston. With a young child have shopped here before for a paint brush or two. I went in to buy something I have previously purchased here, there was only a couple left on the shelf and I needed considerably more. When I asked if they could order them I found out that they were a discontinued item. This was not great and so Lee at Frankston called head office and then a number of other stores to round up what I needed. Within hours I had a couple of the stores who had what I needed calling me and organising the items for me. This is the customer service my businesses offer and this is what I like to see when I need help from someone else. It wast a high dollar sale but to them it didnt matter, all the staff were super helpful. I will be back again and again :-) Thank you

This is the best shop for all your art and craft needs. It caters for the beginner artist as well as the expert. The selection of paints and brushes is great. The store is jam packed full of goodies which you will need for any craft project you do.
