Over the weekend I bought a couple of T shirts from Ripcurl and a pair of board shorts for my partner. The staff were really helpful. It was quite busy though.

My husband bought a pair of Rip Curl thongs while we were away on holidays, the thongs curled up like bananas, this has never happened to any other thongs we have bought previously, of any brand.

Rather than being able to drop into a Rip Curl store to get a refund or exchange we had to email Rip curl wait for a response than post back at our cost the thongs, postage was half the cost of the thongs, which is not refundable.

Have sent 2 emails with the choice of replacement codes, still no reply, what a whole lot of mucking around to get a pair of thongs swapped over for such a big company that prides themselves in beachwear.

Won't be purchasing from Rip Curl again.

So true very disappointed re this whole issue, especially being long time customers of Rip Curl.
This is not great service at all. Never again
