Very polite staff, an overall fantastic experience.

I cannot recommend this company at all. The registration process through to the final report was plagued with incompetency and 10 minutes before my 8:30am appointment to get my results they cancelled my appointment. This is despite receiving a number of emails progressively in the week before the appointment and two SMS messages the day before. The administration was a shambles which left me cause for concern at the level of health care advice I was receiving. Following a voicemail message I left to express my concerns they called back a day later and the main emphasis of the call was to advise that they had bulk billed me anyway and that I couldn't go anywhere else and receive bulk billing for the same service as a result. They seem to have missed the point completely that my health was my priority, not their bulk billing.
